Our Cleaning Methodology

BUILDINGS EXTERIOR PRESSURE WASHING

With the correct combination of pressure flow, temperature, and attachments, using environmentally friendly and safe detergents approved by EPA where and when needed, a wide variety of cleaning jobs can be accomplished typically without scrubbing or brushing.
Additionally, the cleaning can be done without harming painted or sensitive surfaces or creating air pollution residue, as with some sandblasting.
Typical jobs are accomplished with pressure washers with the appropriate adjustable pressure (up to 4000 PSI) and water temperature (cold ~ steam).

Vertical Surface Cleaning

Pressure washing can clean and works on almost any surface; masonry, stucco, bricks, concrete, stones, wood, vinyl, siding, and more. We use adjustable water pressure and temperature to surface type; and various attachments to remove any stain, debris, gum, mold,  cobwebs, and dirt from the surface. Depending on the height and accessibility to some areas subject to cleaning, telescopic poles, scissors lift, or a telescopic boom lift may be needed.

If you consider the feasibility of attempting to wash a load of dirty dishes in a sink full of frigid water, the answer quickly emerges. While it may be possible to get clean-looking dishes with cold water and detergent, when Do you consider that cold water does not cut grease and has little, if any, effect on germs or bacteria? Achieving this end with cold water requires substantial additions of caustic chemicals and disinfectant. Much more effectively, hot water will solve both problems.

In fact, the meat and food processing industry considers 180' F hot water in itself to be a disinfectant.
Hot steam water pressure washing is the only way you'll ever get all those surfaces deep cleaned. With the correct combination of pressure.
